01Context

What it was about

Ersatzteilcenter Schwaz — ETC for short — is the go-to destination for everything automotive: spare parts, car paints, accessories, plus their own installation service. Established in the region for years, ETC enjoys an excellent reputation among customers for expertise and fast availability. But the brand identity and online presence had become dated, no longer reflecting the actual quality. Our brief covered a complete rebranding — from the new visual identity through the website to marketing.

02The briefing

The problem

ETC's problem was a classic case of substance without style: the quality of advice and parts availability were excellent, but the logo, website, and overall appearance looked like they belonged to another era. New customers searching online for car parts in the region ended up at competitors — not because ETC was worse, but because the first impression didn't match. At the same time, competitors were increasingly offering online ordering options.

03The print

The solution

Together with the ETC team, we developed a new brand identity through several iterations that radiates expertise and reliability — from logo to color concept to typography. The new website on Next.js presents the product range clearly, highlights the installation service as a unique selling point, and makes getting in touch easy. Complemented by local SEO measures and targeted Google Ads campaigns, ETC is now also digitally the first choice for car owners in and around Schwaz.
